Calumny by Innuendo

One of my Facebook friends gave me a link to an article by Dan Gardner . The article, entitled The not so great Islamist menace  and published on an Ottawa Citizen web site, is interesting because of the author's attitude. 

    Subsequent to reading the article, I became involved in the reader discussion. While there are several interesting replies, I singled this one out because it deserves a thorough rebuttal which will not fit in the small space allocated by the web site's comment system.

People on this board have actually attacked Gardner for relying on hard facts, rather than promoting warped perceptions that they enjoy. They are angry because Gardner is undermining the luxurious and uncomplicated hatred they feel towards a group linked only by a religious belief. They don't want to question that hatred or see the targets of their anger as human beings. One poster is even implying that Muslims don't deserve sympathy because no matter what he or she may be like as an individual, the religious affiliation renders them unworthy of compassion.

This is the definition of dehumanizing. When Ann Coulter calls for carpet bombing Muslim countries and forcibly converting survivors to Christianity, she gets a standing ovation. But 65 years ago, that idea was called "The Final Solution". How did we forget so quickly when we swore "Never Again"?

And these views being aired in Canada, of all places? What have we become?

hard facts

    The opening paragraphs are full of attitude & perception, not hard facts. The last two sentences of the second paragraph stands out.

It’s Muslims. Or if you’re a little more careful with your language, it’s radical Muslims, or “Islamists.”

    Sorry, Mr. Gardner, responsibility for Islamic terrorism is not the property of any of the three listed entities. Muslims are people who have recited the Shehada three times in Arabic and subsequently obey Allah and his Messenger or whose fathers did.  The other two entities are fallacies whose mention is a token of political correctness and factual error. 

    Responsibility for Islamic terrorism is the province of Islamic doctrine and the texts & clerics who propagate it.  The Qur'an sanctifies & mandates terrorism. The hadith & Sira exemplify it for Muslims to emulate.

    One subsequent sentence stands out as an exemplar of arrogance in the guise of  'hard facts'.

"So the danger is big and growing, and Islamists are the source. Right?"

    When  you cite one botched suicide bombing and a Mumbai style attack that was thwarted by good police work, and use them to stake a case that Islamic terror does not pose a real proximate and persistent threat of death and injury, you are not being serious, you are being flippant and arrogant. How many deaths and serious injuries would have resulted if the bomb had not detonated prematurely? Fortunately, we will never know, that blood was not splattered.  To assert that the toll would be insignificant to the victims and their families is the height of inhumane indifference.

    The perpetrator and frustrated perpetrators had something in common: Islam, which commands them to participate in genocidal world conquest using terrorism as a battle tactic of asymmetrical warfare. Islam, not 'Islamists' is the 'source'. 

    'Islamists' implies that normative Islam is apolitical, a personal religion. It is not. Islam is a continuing criminal enterprise founded for the personal emolument of its founder through the professional practice of piracy and extortion. 

    The founder of Islam became a warlord when he emigrated to Yathrib, which he took over and renamed Medina. He seized both 'spiritual' and temporal power. He made all the decisions in his theocracy. Let doubters & dissenters observe what he said in Allah's name in 33:26.

    Next we come to the abuse of statistics.

"The European Union’s Terrorism Situation and Trend Report 2010 states that in 2009 there were “294 failed, foiled, or successfully executed attacks” in six European countries. This was down almost one-third from the total in 2008 and down by almost one-half from the total in 2007."

   
    Two hundred ninety-four attacks were failed, foiled or executed, in a declining trend. What was the planned scale of those attacks? How many others were in the planning stages but not carried out?   Failed and foiled attacks render the threat negligible and of course the trend is irreversible. Tell that to those injured in the most recent failed attack.  Tell it to one of the victims seriously injured in Madrid or London.  Chortle about it to a father whose wife and child were killed at the school in Beslan.  Thank you very much for your vacuum headed assurances.

    How many people do the ETA and other splinter groups kill? How does that statistic compare to the number of victims maimed and killed by Muslim terrorists?   Its as if the attacks on London, Madrid and Beslan never happened because there were more, smaller attacks by others that failed or were thwarted. 

    They did it once, they promise to do it again. That is the stuff of terror, of induced paranoia that will eventually make civil society impossible. And it is all reduced to insignificance and dismissed by an irrelevant and reversible statistical trend.

Ann Coulter

    Ann's excellent suggestion, expressed in hyperbole, has the ring of truth which LibTards can't hear.  Because Allah promises victory and makes the Muslim's eternal destiny dependent on participation in jihad,  When you believe that you will go to Hell if you don't go to war, you go to war. Because of that doctrine, Islam can not be defeated, it must be eradicated, a fatal fact which LibTards can not comprehend.

    The innuendo continues with linkage to Hitler. Were Jews conspiring to dominate the world? Were they genetically inferior, carriers of disease and spreaders of insurrection? Were Jews behind every problem suffered by Germany?  The fact is that Jews were scapegoated, used as convenient targets to focus undeserved anger and hatred.

Hector Aleem Update 01-02-11

This latest Hector Alleem update, bearing extremely bad news, came through a Facebook message today. I transmit it to you as I received it, unedited. Hector was convicted, without evidence, on one trumped up charge and sentenced to a long prison term and exorbitant fine. 

    You will find threads of desperation, frustration and outrage running through this update. I am unable to provide financial assistance or any other aid or comfort other than what little publicity I can give the case.  I urge others who are able to donate to Hector's defense fund. 

    I urge our government to apply diplomatic pressure on Pakistan to put an end to this Gd'd persecution of Christians!   I urge Christians resident in Pakistan to emigrate if possible where Muslims are not the majority or ascendant. If that is not possible, unite, arm yourselves and prepare to rise up.

On 21st of December, was daddy's hearing and many Talibans from Peshawar gathered in the court and chanted slogans against daddy and they were holding the prisoner uniforms because daddy wasn't convicted yet because only convicted people can wear the uniforms in prison. The judge went under pressure and he gave daddy a 7 years sentence and 50,000 Pakistani Rupees fine. I didn’t know why judge give him the sentence because there was no evidence and even the investigation officer wrote in his statement that he filed the case on an oral statement and he didn't find any evidence against daddy neither he recovered anything (this case wasn't the blasphemy case, it was one of those cases which were lodged after daddy’s arrest to prevent him from getting out of jail), God knows what is going to happen. I am so upset. I don’t know for how long we are going to ask for donation, I really want some money right now because when we go to the High Court we will file an appeal against this decision.
Due to lots of dangers we cannot study or work in Pakistan. And I don't know for how long we have to suffer this. We cannot spend this precious time in sitting here and wait for people's help. We really have to do something. Please put yourself in our shoes and you'll understand everything. I don't how daddy is going to tolerate this, He is a heart patient and two days back a prisoner died in prison because he had a heart attack and the doctor came after 04 hours. Prisoners are not safe in Adiyala you must have read about the kidnap of 11 prisoners from Adiyala Jail. Anything could happen any time. We really need to do something
In the statement of the Investigation Officer, He said that he didn't recover anything neither he had any proof and he has filed the case on an oral statement. After few days on another hearing daddy gave me a letter because we are not allowed to talk to him so he gave me a letter in which he wrote this.

On 21 of Dec special central judge gave me 7 years imprisonment and said emotionally that
I DO NOT NEED ANY PROOF I TOOK THE REVENGE OF DR. AFIA SIDDIQUI, the investigation officer stated in his statement that the complainant didn’t give me any written or documentary proof. Neither I my self found any proof against Hector. I registered this case on oral statement.
Dear brothers and sisters Pakistan is very difficult country for minorities especially for Christians. If America attacks on Afghanistan or Iraq, Pakistani Muslims burn and destroy our houses and churches and loot our valuables and properties. They put us in jail without any proof; judges give their decisions against Pakistani Christians and give them death sentences without any proof. It is so surprised that we are born in Pakistan but still we are not Pakistani, Muslims always thinks and says that we are American or European agents’ on the other hand American and European government thinks that we are untouchable creatures. They don’t allow us in their embassies, they hire Muslims in their embassies, they do not issue visas to Christians, and they do not raise their voice in our favor. My brothers and sisters, is there any third option for me and for my children? I am in jail since 2 years, my wife and kids are hiding their selves. They are not safe in Pakistan. My sons are not going to schools and my both daughters and wife cannot do any job. They are educated persons they can earn money but they cannot because of danger they are facing. How can my family survive? No one is ready for their financial support. American and European countries support and give financial help to Islamic NGOs and people and countries but the Islamists always like to help Talibans. Its time to wake up. Please do something for your Christian brothers and sisters and all Christians who are suffering in Pakistan. There are so many Christians in Pakistan who are suffering but you don’t know about them. We are not allowed any facilities or to go to the Church or to read Holy Bible here but you give them proper places to worship in your countries even they are allowed to use loud speakers in mosques but we aren’t allowed to raise our voice for destroyed church.

This is so very upsetting if the judge is making up this case and compare it with Dr. Affia's case, than this thing is very serious now. Now I know why he gave my father this sentence. This shows his grudge and discrimination for Christians.

I know I must have been very irritating for you but I really really want some money. We are going to the High Court for the dismissal of this decision and we really need money to file the application in the High Court.
I have stopped living in fantasies. Now I am ready to run daddy's mass campaign I am just fed up of this because most of the people don’t read e mails and I cannot afford phone calls to different countries because it’s too expensive. It is very difficult to ask for donation again and again. We have been paying our lawyer through donations since April 2010. How long will people give us? This is so difficult now. Curse Islam for Mass Murder

21 dead, 79 injured; who gives a damn?  I do! I curse and condemn the proximate cause of the mass murder in Alexandria.

9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. That is a Gd'd command; an imperative to wage war against Christians. No alternative interpretation is possible. Observe how J.M. Rodwell translated At-Taubah 29.

9:29. Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been given as believe not in God, or in the last day, and who forbid not that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they be humbled.

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace).  After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus' descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet's saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

"I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,"

this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

    What does the caliph do? Why does he do it?  Who can know this without cursing Islam?!

 

9:73. O Prophet (Muhammad)! Strive hard against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be harsh against them, their abode is Hell, - and worst indeed is that destination

9:123. O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allâh is with those who are the Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2).

   What do Muslims live for; what is their mission?

9:111. Verily, Allâh has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allâh's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur'ân. And who is truer to his covenant than Allâh? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success . [Allah has purchased the Souls and Wealth of the Mujahidin in Return for Paradise]

Perdition

  What condemns a Muslim to the fire?

9:38.  O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked to march forth in the Cause of Allâh (i.e. Jihâd) you cling heavily to the earth? Are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared with the Hereafter.   
[Admonishing clinging to Life rather than rushing to perform Jihad]

9:39.  If you march not forth, He will punish you with a painful torment and will replace you by another people, and you cannot harm Him at all, and Allah is Able to do all things.

Paradise

 What saves a Muslim from the fire with guaranteed admission to Paradise?

61:10.  O You who believe! Shall I guide you to a commerce that will save you from a painful torment.  11-14

  61:11. That you believe in Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad), and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allâh with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know! 

  61:12. (If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwelling in Gardens of 'Adn ­ Eternity ['Adn (Edn) Paradise], that is indeed the great success

    Muslims live to kill. Muslims are condemned for failing to kill. Muslims are saved by killing.  Allah will weigh their good deeds against their sins and which way the balance tilts determines their eternal destiny. How does a Muslim accrue Brownie Points toward salvation?

 

Good Deeds

9:120. It was not becoming of the people of Al-Madinah and the bedouins of the neighbourhood to remain behind Allah's Messenger (Muhammad SAW when fighting in Allah's Cause) and (it was not becoming of them) to prefer their own lives to his life. That is because they suffer neither thirst nor fatigue, nor hunger in the Cause of Allah, nor they take any step to raise the anger of disbelievers nor inflict any injury upon an enemy but is written to their credit as a deed of righteousness. Surely, Allah wastes not the reward of the Muhsinun [Rewards of Jihad] Ibn Kathir throws in another key word: "(nor they take any step to raise the anger of disbelievers), by strategies of war that would terrify their enemy, (nor inflict), a defeat on the enemy, "

 

    Any action to injure or anger us is imputed to them as a deed of righteousness.  Lets review what we have learned thus far.

• Muslims are Allah's slaves, purchased at the price of Paradise so that they wage war and kill us.
• Muslims are commanded to wage war upon us.
• Islamic law requires perpetual warfare against us. confirming the commandment.
• Muslims are condemned for refusal to wage war.
• Muslims are saved by waging war.
• Muslims get Brownie Points for any act to injure or enrage us.

Establish & propagate War

    Why? Why does the "Religion of Peace" command its believers to wage perpetual war? The ostensible mission is to establish and propagate Islam.
    That makes no sense, it is an exemplar of circular reasoning.

Religion of Plunder

    Surah Al-Anfal has the answer for us if we would only read  the damned thing.

8:1. They ask you (O Muhammad) about the spoils of war. Say: "The spoils are for Allâh and the Messenger." So fear Allâh and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad), if you are believers.

    How many camels can a stone idol eat; how much gold can it spend?  Moe gets the proceeds.  This is a clue for you.

8:41. And know that whatever of war-booty that you may gain, verily one-fifth (1/5th) of it is assigned to Allâh, and to the Messenger, and to the near relatives [of the Messenger (Muhammad)], (and also) the orphans, Al-Masâkin (the poor) and the wayfarer, if you have believed in Allâh and in that which We sent down to Our slave (Muhammad) on the Day of criterion (between right and wrong), the Day when the two forces met (the battle of Badr) - And Allâh is Able to do all things.

8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Lets review.

• Moe gets the spoils.

• Allah wants great slaughter.

Confirming the obvious

    Perhaps there has been a mistranslation or misinterpretation of the Qur'an; lets check the hadith for confirmation.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:

He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

The Prophet said, "I have been given five things which were not given to any one else before me.
1. Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month's journey.
2. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.
3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me.
4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of Resurrection).
5. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind.

Lets review:

Islam: impious fraud!

    Its mission is mercenary; its method is martial. It was contrived by a greedy man for his own emolument, not dictated by God for the salvation of mankind. It bears no fruit but grief, pain, death & destruction.  It is pure, unmitigated evil which must be eliminated from the world if peace and security are to be established.

    Indigenous Christians in areas conquered by Islam have two choices: get out or retaliate.  Their brothers fortunate enough to live where Allah's writ does not run should begin considering how to rescue those at risk or provide them with guns, ammunition and explosives so that they can defend themselves and retaliate effectively.

DAMN ISLAM

    Islam is a continuing criminal enterprise, not a religion. Islam's religious component serves as a troop motivator and a camouflage to prevent us from recognizing its real mission. Islam is not qualified for the protection of the First Amendment's free exercise clause.

    The time has come for us to disrespectfully demand honesty from our politicians, media, academia & clerics. We must not tolerate being told to tolerate & respect Islam.  We must not tolerate assertions that Islam is a 'religion of peace'; 'hijacked','perverted' or 'distorted'.  A criminal system that confers a right and imposes a duty to rape, pillage & plunder can not be tolerated, nor can it be respected; it must be condemned, cursed and eradicated! 

International Judge the Koran Day

Today's email brought a press release from Stand Up America, announcing an upcoming event: International Judge the Koran Day.  The new Facebook group has grown from 60 to 72 supporters in the last few hours. 

    It appears that the planned event is inchohate at present. Rev. Terry Jones posted this video in which he asks for our advice about what to do with the Koran.

    Exactly what he will do March 20, 2011 from 6 to 8 pm is unknown, but I am sure that, whatever it is, it will arouse the ire of Muslims and draw protest from politicians and pundits.

    I suggest that Rev. Jones open the Koran and read the parts which curse and declare war against Jews & Christians. The parts that mandate genocide should be read along with them. 

    Furthermore, those Korans collected for the  canceled bonfire  should be distributed to churches, read from the pulpet and preserved in the church's library so that the congregation can read it.

    A moot trial of Moe could well be scheduled for his birthday which falls about February 4, 2012.  That  timing would allow plenty of time for planning and preparation. 

    Islam considers the Arabic Koran to be authentic, translations are deprecated. Translations lack the Arabic poetry; the magic is in the sound, which is why Muslim students learn it in Arabic even if they do not understand that language.

    Muslims will contend that translations do not accurately convey the meaning of the Koran. That claim fades when applied to tafsir & hadith. The hadith tell us what Moe did, which is the best possible indication of what the Koran meant to him. Informed readers can visit the Quranic Arabic Corpus to see what the Arabic words mean.  We can also visit sites such as Islam Awakened to read and compare multiple parallel translations.

    Islamic law is based primarily on the Koran & hadith. It shows us what the jihad verses mean with great clarity.

    When Caliph Umar conquered the Levant, he made the indigenous people sign a treaty of protection, now known as the Pact of Umar. One of its provisions was "We shall not teach the Qur'an to our children.".   This little gem comes from an early attempt to codify Islamic law.

Malik's Muwatta Book 21, Number 21.2.7:

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar said that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade travelling with a Qur'an in the land of the enemy. Malik commented, "That is out of fear that the enemy will get hold of it."

    Why would Moe fear the enemy gaining possession of  Allah's book?  Why would Umar forbid teaching it to dhimmi's children?  Could it be that it contains incriminating evidence?

    Zakir Naik, like other apologists for Islam, engages in al-taqiyya & kitman.

Killing innocents

    Islam must be peaceful & anodyne because it condemns killing innocent people, declaring the murder of a single person to be the moral equivalent of killing the whole human race.

5:32. Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs, evidences, and signs, even then after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allâh by committing the major sins) in the land!.

The verse contains two exceptions, murder, and to spread mischief in the land.  I added the emphasis to make that second exception stand out because they accuse us of quoting the Qur'an out of context but they never quote.the next verse. I will.

5:33. The recompense of those who wage war against Allâh and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.

A new capital offense is listed in addition to mischief:  wage war against Allâh and His Messenger.  What is the meaning of that phrase? Does it refer to military aggression?  The context does not define it for us, we must turn to Tafsir Ibn Kathir for our answer. 

[...]`Wage war' mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways. Mischief in the land refers to various types of evil.[...]    The Punishment of those Who Cause Mischief in the Land

Disbelief is waging war against Allah and his Messenger!  If you do not believe in Allah; if you are not a Muslim, then you are guilty, not innocent and Muslims can kill you with impunity unless you are under a covenant of protection.   Islam forbids killing innocent people: Muslims, it does not forbid killing you. 

    You have no human dignity or rights, your life & property are fair prey for Muslims until you become a Muslim.  Moe made a clear statement of this fatal fact which Muslims conceal from you.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Apostle said, "I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.' And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah." Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

 

Terrorism  

    Allah said that he would cast terror [3:151, 8:12]. He commanded the Muslims to treat their victims harshly to terrify prospective victims [8:57]. He commanded the Muslims to maximize their military strength to strike terror into their victims [8:60].  He said that he cast terror, resulting in the killing, enslavement and dispossession of a Jewish settlement [33:26].

    Moe said that he was aided by and made victorious by terror.  Which will you believe: al-taqeyya & kitman from the mouth of a Muslim or the evidence from Islam's cannon of scripture & tradition? 

Search Pains

Bloggers enjoy seeing search engine referrals, but yesterday, I found a disturbing one. What You Need To Know About Islam received three page views from two search engine results.  The first search, repeated once, is not a problem; it indicates timely curiosity.

    The second query gives me a pain. It indicates that someone sold his or her soul to Satan without first reading the sales contract with its codicils.  My guess is that the seeker did not find what he or she was looking for in that post.  It contains information that should stop any moral person from making the sale. 

    The recent 'revert' to Islam will probably want to know the basics of the salat schedules, postures, gestures & compulsory prayers, zakat, fitra & other arcana that require significant research to uncover. The Resources post would be more useful to that reader because it presents links to several large Islamic libraries where that sort of practical information can be found.

    In this case, cliches such as "look before you leap" and "investigate before you invest"  come to mind.  Anyone who is toying with the idea of 'reverting' to Islam should read its canonical texts before reciting Shahada.  The Qur'an and Sahih Bukhari should be required reading for anyone who might be tempted by the "simplicity", "certainty" & 'beauty" of Islam.
   
    Islam is a one way street, you can get in but you can't get out. Apostates are executed where Allah's writ runs.  Satan's recruiters are unlikely to tell prospects about that,  the requirement of circumcision and the fard al-kifaya of jihad. 
    Women and girls who are exposed to Muslims in the work place or college should read  Islamic Misogyny  now, while it can do them some good.  An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Defamation of Religions 2010

The General Assembly vote on the Defamation of Religions resolution [Word Document] was not unexpected, nor was the slight decline in support for the resolution.

    The resolution has no enforcement mechanism, it is an exhortation, not law.  Unfortunately, it affords undeserved legitimacy to national blasphemy laws which are used to persecute minorities in Islamic dictatorships.

    To make matters worse, there is a parallel process whose outcome will be a binding protocol to ICERD which will be legally enforcible. The information I have gathered is reported in these blog posts:

    Human rights belong to humans, not to institutions.  There is no human right to be shielded from criticism of evil actions or intentions which are propagated in the name of religion.

    Shari'ah, particularly Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 8,  which lists 20 'acts' which 'entail apostasy'. In short, any negative statement about Islam, Moe, Allah or the Qur'an is punishable by execution [o8.1-8.2]. For the law's applicability to non-Muslims, see o11.10 & o9.14.

    While I vociferously object to the entire resolution & its antecedents included by reference, there is one provision which stands alone as a perfect reason to reject the entire concept of "defamation of Islam".

    Moe said that he was made "victorious with terror" but "Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with human rights violations and terrorism;" For those who don't have a clue yet, I provide quotes from the oldest extant biography of Islam's Profit: Guillaume's translation of Ibn Ishaq's Sirat Rasul Allah.

    These quotes come from devoted followers, not from enemies.

    Take a closer look at that quote from page 326. Moe was given five privileges by Allah, privileges not given to any Prophet. These are privileges given by Allah to his final messenger, the founder of Islam:

  • ransoming prisoners
• victory with terror
• entire earth is his prayer ground
• most powerful words
• booty made lawful
• power to intercede

Winning with terror is a special privilege from Allah. Got a clue yet?  If this blasphemy does not cause you to curse, go out and hang yourself, you are a waste of life.

hearts of the men of Fadak when they heard what the apostle had done to
the men of Khaybar.

He asked the apostle if he had abandoned fighting, and when he said that he had he said that the angels had not yet laid aside their arms and that he had just come from pursuing the enemy. 'God commands you, Muhammad, to go to B.   Qurayza. I am about to go to them to shake their stronghold.'...

The apostle passed by a number of his companions in al-Saurayn before he got to B. Qurayza and asked if anyone had passed them. They replied that Dihya b. Khalifa al-Kalbi had passed upon a white mule with a saddle covered with a piece of brocade. He said, That was Gabriel who has been sent to B. Qurayza to shake their castles and strike terror to their hearts.'

    How is Islam associated with terrorism?  Who made that association??  What is wrong with it???  Do people have a right to live unmolested, without invasion, conquest & enslavement or not?  Does Islam violate that right? 

    The entire premise of the resolution combating defamation of religions is a lie.  Human Rights First reveals the vote: 79,67,40.  How in Hell could 79 nations vote in favor of that travesty of justice and 40 abstain from voting against it?  There are 57 Islamic nations, 62 are either deceived, intimidated or sucking Islam's oil & money teats.

    Lovers of life, liberty & justice are in the minority. The aggressors and their allies rule the UN. We are out voted. These annual resolutions will continue to pass in the HRC & GA every year, and the protocol to ICERD will eventually be written, voted on and ratified unless we rise up and raise Hell.

    We have only one recourse: to counter attack by exposing Islamic doctrines & practices to the eyes of the world.  We must make the campaign to impose Shari'ah too painful to pursue.

    Three international human rights covenants contain provisions which require that Islam be proscribed by law. Nobody will enforce them.  Our task is to disrespectfully demand enforcement of those provisions.  The evidence is outlined in the International Qur'an Petition.  What other defense do we have? Please read, sign, share and promote the petition. Make it go viral! In a Washington Post article  about Islamic criticism of anti-terrorism training, Jeff Stein quotes Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser.  These quotes have been culled out of context.

But “to indict a whole system for using some people who hate or fear Islam,” he said, was “wrong.”

“It’s not a systematic problem,”

“equate political Islam and sharia with Islam itself.”

“If they see Islam itself as the problem, then the [training] strategy is dead in the water….It doesn’t present any type of solution.”.

Indicting Islam as a system

    To Dr. Jasser, Islam is a personal belief system; a non political religion. To Islam's founder, it was a way of life, encompassing the entire range of human events. Moe dictated and exemplified everything for his followers, right down to how to urinate & defecate. Moe's decision is law, in the context of this ayeh, it is matters of matrimony, but the rule extends to all issues he might decide. [Emphasis added.]
