Boston-Bombings-A-First-Look: Debunking CAIR'S Testimony to the Homeland Security Cmte.

CAIR submitted thirteen pages of written testimony to the United States House Committee on Homeland Security.  In my view, the major thrust of the testimony is condemnation of alleged profiling & entrapment.  I see it as equivalent to the Mafia telling the committee how organized crime should be investigated and prosecuted. Uncle Vladdi suggested this, with which I agree:  Or, the Nuremberg trials being boycotted until they were conducted by only officially Nazi-vetted "prosecutors" (conciliators) "because otherwise they might be prejudiced by bigots and lack legitimacy!"

Targeting al-Qaeda-Inspired Violent Extremism

Violent extremism is not limited to any one ethnicity, political ideology or religion. In January, the West Point Military Academy’s Combating Terrorism Center reported that since 2001, violent white supremacists and other far-right groups have murdered 306 Americans and injured another 1,616.ⁱ Since the events of September 11, individuals associated with or inspired by al-Qaeda or similar groups have committed 37 murders in the U.S., out of the 180,000 murders committed during that time.ⁱⁱ Moreover, since 1979 environmental and animal rights extremists have committed over 2,000 crimes and caused more than $110 million in damage.ⁱⁱⁱ

    Terrorism is not limited to the USA. It is performed all over the world.  Most of it is done by Muslims. The two attacks on the World Trade Center were not done by right wingers or Christians.  The attempted Times Square bombing was not plotted by a Jew.  Numerous foiled plots were planned and almost carried out by Muslims. The Boston Marathon bombing was carried out by Muslims, motivated by their religion. 

    No matter what anyone else does or has done, Islam; off the shelf, normative, as revealed and exemplified by Moe, motivates Muslims to maim, mutilate, kill and enslave.  Since 623, 270*10⁶ lost their lives to Islamic imperialism. 

Violent Extremism

    Terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam predating the formation of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood and its offshoot, al-Qaeda.  Allah said in the Qur'an that he would and did "cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve" and described the consequences of that act.  Allah commanded Muslims to strike terror into the hearts of disbelievers by building a mighty army and harsh treatment of defeated victims.   Allah promised to reward Muslims who take any step to injure or enrage disbelievers. 

    Moe said that he was made victorious by terror cast into the hearts of his enemies.  Allah said that Moe was an excellent example to emulate if one desired admission to his celestial bordello.

    Terrorism is not extremism; it is normative Islam, commanded by Allah and exemplified by his Messenger. Moe terrorized his victims by harsh treatment of defeated people and assassinations.  He also dictated & dispatched explicit extortion letters.

al-Qaeda-Inspired

    Terrorist groups do not inspire terrorism, they draw attention to Allah's imperatives, threat & promise, which motivate believers to do his wet work. They remind believers of the fard al-kifaya of participation in annual attacks against infidels. 

    While al-Qaeda and other groups exploit real and perceived provocations and grievances to pressure believers to engage in violence,  Allah's imperatives, threat & promise and Moe's exemplary conduct are the real sources of the terrorist impulse. 

For the government to responsibly counter domestic acts of terrorism carried out or inspired by al-Qaeda or similar groups it is important for law enforcement to develop a uniform and shared understanding of the ideology that motivates al-Qaeda’s violent extremism as opposed to the religious beliefs and principles of Islam.

    The bullet points immediately above this heading contain bold blue underlined text: hyperlinks to authentic Islamic sources including the Qur'an, Sahih Bukhari and Tafsir Ibn Kathir.  The imperatives, threat & promise laid down in Surahs Al-anfal & At-Taubah, confirmed in authentic hadith and codified in Shari'ah, are religious beliefs and principles of Islam.

Islam prohibits extremism and an essential part of the faith is moderation. The Quran, Islam's foundational holy text, states: "We made you to be a community of the middle way, so that (with the example of your lives) you might bear witness to the truth before all mankind." (Quran, 2:143)

8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. 47:4. So, when you meet (in fight Jihâd in Allâh's Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives). Thereafter (is the time) either for generosity (i.e. free them without ransom), or ransom (according to what benefits Islâm), until the war lays down its burden. Thus [you are ordered by Allâh to continue in carrying out Jihâd against the disbelievers till they embrace Islâm (i.e. are saved from the punishment in the Hell-fire) or at least come under your protection], but if it had been Allâh's Will, He Himself could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight), in order to test you, some with others. But those who are killed in the Way of Allâh, He will never let their deeds be lost,

genocide

   What does Allah want?  Genocide: "great slaughter"; "killed and wounded many of them". What did Moe want? Ransom & plunder: "the good of this world".  Can you get a clue?  Genocide is moderate, normative Islam, not extremism.  There is nothing wrong with the massacres of Hindus, Assyrians & Armenians, Allah demanded "great slaughter".  Got a clue yet?

radicalization

The Marathon’s accused bombers, Tamerlan, 26, and Dzhokhar, 19, Tsarnaev, journey to violent extremism had in part begun online through social networking sites linked to al-Qaeda-inspired videos and content. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has told investigators that he and his brother learned to build the improvised explosive devices (IEDs) used in the Boston attacks from the English-language online magazine Inspire, circulated by al-Qaeda's Yemen branch, and were influenced partly by the online sermons of Anwar al-Awlaki, an al-Qaeda linked leader.iv It has been reported that Tamerlan had posted to his personal YouTube account a video extolling al-Qaeda.”^v The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) also allege that Tamerlan was in contact by message board with at least two individuals who were killed in a battle by Russian security forces in the Russian republic of Dagestan in 2012.^vi

Radicalizer

1998 & 1999: Serves as vice president of Charitable Society for Social Welfare Inc., the U.S. branch of a Yemeni charity headed by Abdul Majeed al-Zindani. Federal prosecutors in a New York terrorism-financing case later describe the charity as “a front organization” that was “used to support al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden.”

    How could such a nice, moderate Imam radicalize the brothers Tsarnaev, after all, the Pentagon reached out to him.  Didn't he lead prayers for the Islamic Congressional Staffers, too? 

    Do you believe? Then you sold your soul and life to Allah in return for admission to Paradise. Prove your faith and zeal: Allah tests them by fighting.

    There are no radicals or extremists; only believers. There is no radicalization process; there is learning of Allah's imperatives, threat & promise and Moe's excellent example.

    Snake Excrement!!! No such entity exists; Islam is what it is: Moe's authentic interpretation of his recitation as enshrined in the Qur'an & exemplified in his Sunnah. 

moderate Muslims

  Whose  "faith will not go beyond their throats (i.e. they will have no faith) and will go out from (leave) their religion as an arrow goes out of the game. So, where-ever you find them, kill them, for who-ever kills them shall have reward on the Day of Resurrection."

Security

    Security is not surveillance, security cameras, investigations or infiltrating mosques.  Security is eliminating enemy personnel from within our borders.  If you want to be sure that some G'd'd Muslim will not run you over with his auto, shoot you, stab you or dismember you with a bomb, then send them all home and exclude them from entry.  No Muslim students, technical workers, medical specialists, religious workers or tourists.  No Muslims!  Expel them and exclude them. 

    Raccoons and skunks carry rabies and knock over trash cans. Muslims maim and kill. Its what they do when they obey Allah and emulate his Profit;.  Put a bounty on them if you want to be safe at home. 

Christmas Terror

An AP story carried by  AOL News  tells us a little about the new threat of holiday terrorism and our government's reaction.  I was seeking President Obama's remarks, but could not find them.  The following quote stands out.

"We are concerned these terrorists may seek to exploit the likely significant psychological impact of an attack targeting mass gatherings in large metropolitan areas during the 2010 holiday season, which has symbolic importance to many in the United States," the joint FBI and Homeland Security bulletin said.

    Shock, fear & outrage can be expected. Terrorism is intended to create the maximum possible emotional impact in order to break our will and ability to mount effective resistance.  Inducing paranoia would go a long way toward that tactical objective.

symbolic importance

    Its Christmas, for Chrissake!  Mass casualty attacks synchronized with religious celebrations are designed to accomplish another significant strategic objective: breaking our faith.

    The implied message: 'your faith is unfounded, you have no helper; your god won't protect you from us'.  The message is clearly stated in Allah's damnable book. [Emphasis added, links to Noble Qur'an for context.]

You [true believers in Islâmic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad  and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma'rûf (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islâm has forbidden), and you believe in Allâh. And had the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are Al-Fâsiqûn (disobedient to Allâh - and rebellious against Allâh's Command).

    Brig. S.K. Malik wrote The Qur'anic Concept of War as a training manual for the army of Pakistan.  His analysis will help you to comprehend their strategy. Terror is both a means and an end.  This paragraph comes from the bottom of page 59. [Emphasis added.]

Terror struck into the hearts of the enemies is not only
a means, it is the end in itself. Once a condition of terror into
the opponent's heart is obtained, hardly anything is left to be
achieved. It is the point where the means and the end meet
and merge. Terror is not a means of imposing decision upon
the enemy; it is me decision we wish to impose upon him.

    There is one necessary prerequisite for instilling terror: the destruction of our faith. Islam's strong faith shields Muslims from being terrorized. This paragraph comes from page 60. [Emphasis added.]

Terror cannot be struck into the hearts of an army by merely
 cutting its lines of communication or depriving it of its routes
of withdrawal. It is basically related to the strength or weakness
of the human soul. It can be instilled only if the opponent's
Faith is destroyed. Psychological dislocation is temporary;
spiritual dislocation is permanent. Psychological dislocation can be
produced by a physical act but this does not hold good of the
spiritual dislocation. To instill terror into the hearts of the enemy, 
it is essential. in the ultimate analysis, to dislocate his Faith. An
invincible Faith is immune to terror. A weak Faith offers inroads
to terror. The Faith conferred upon us by the Holy Qur'an has
the inherent strength to ward off terror from us and to enable
us to strike terror into the enemy. Whatever the form or type of
strategy directed against the enemy, it must, in order to be effective,
be capable of striking terror into the hearts of the enemy. A strategy
that fails to attain this condition suffers from inherent drawbacks
and weaknesses; and should be reviewed and modified. This rule
is fully applicable to nuclear as well as conventional wars. It is
equally true of the strategy of nuclear deterrence in fashion
today. To be credible and effective, the strategy of deterrence
must be capable of striking terror into the hearts of the enemy.

   
    The scriptural & traditional basis for terrorism is presented in detail in this blog post.  The scriptural basis which motivates Muslims to perform acts of terrorism is detailed in this blog post.  The most important of those ayat is 9:120. On Judgment Day, Allah will weigh each Muslims sins against his good deeds. If the balance swings to the left, the Muslim will be cast into the fire. If it swings right, he will enter Paradise.  He gets credit for anything he does to anger or injure us.

It was not becoming of the people of Al-Madinah and the bedouins of the neighbourhood to remain behind Allâh's Messenger (Muhammad  when fighting in Allâh's Cause) and (it was not becoming of them) to prefer their own lives to his life. That is because they suffer neither thirst nor fatigue, nor hunger in the Cause of Allâh, nor they take any step to raise the anger of disbelievers nor inflict any injury upon an enemy but is written to their credit as a deed of righteousness. Surely, Allâh wastes not the reward of the Muhsinûn

    President Obama,  Secretary of Defense Gates & Secretary of State Clinton pretend that jihad can be countered by killing or imprisoning a few al-Qaeda & Taliban leaders.  How many Hamas leaders has Israel killed and imprisoned?  Has that stopped the attacks on Israel? 

  You could nuke Afghanistan, Pakistan & Mecca but the jihad would continue.  It can not be stopped short of breaking their faith.  Muslims must cease to be Muslims, abandoning their belief in Allah & emulation of Moe.  So long as they continue to believe what Moe said and emulate what he did, they will present an existential threat.

    Its the ideology, stupid!

• "There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger."
• "Only Allah has the right to be worshiped."
• "Only Allah has the right to rule."
• "Allah's word must be made superior."

If you do not disabuse Muslims of those ideas, your cause is lost unless you kill all of them. Nobody is willing to kill them all, so the only course of action is obvious.

    Compare & contrast Jehovah & Allah, Jesus & Moe.  Show the Muslims exactly what kind of man Moe was. Show them how he issued situational scripture to bless his sins. Show them how he permitted and engaged in the rape of captive women.  Show them how he suborned murders of his critics.

    Show them how "merciful and compassionate" Allah is, how he created a group of people predestined for the fire. Show them how the existence of Israel proves Allah to be an impotent idol whose promises are void.  Use comic books, videos and cartoons to illustrate and explain the Qur'an, Sunnah & Sira to show Muslims what Moe said and did. 

    If you will not throw more energy and resources into fighting the war of ideas, you will be compelled to use nukes in the military war.
