CAIR Spokesman Ibrahim Hooper Spews al-Taqiyya and Kitman, Denigrating Christ

Ibrahim Hooper of CAIR spewed malignant malarkey, asserting falsely that Muslims love Jesus Christ. He cherry picked Qur'an verses which superficially make his case of common ground.  But the common ground turns to quicksand when we delve more deeply into Islam's canon. 

    The Qur"an denies Christ's paternity & deity in 1930...34 and his crucifixion, death and resurrection in 4.157.  Authentic hadith depict him as inferior to Moe in Sahih Bukhari 6.60.3 and as a genocidal warlord who will eliminate the remaining Jews and Christians in Sahih Bukhari 4.55.653  & Sunan Abu Dawud  37.4310.     Allah explicitly forbids Muslims from being on friendly or equal terms with Christians:    5.51,  9.33; they can not be our friends and Islam must be dominant.
The Qur'an curses us: 2:161, 9.30. Allah calls us "the worst of living creatures" 8.22. 98.6. Every time they pray, Muslims recite Surah Al-Fatiuha, reminding Allah why he should burn us.

    Allah commands Muslims to wage war against us until we are subjugated, acknowledge the superiority of Islam and make annual extortion payments: 9.29,. which is confirmed by Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387 and codified in Shari'ah as The Reliance Of The Traveller O9.9.

    Muslims are commanded not to greet us first and to force us to the narrowest part of the road. They are commanded to pray for Moe in 33.56 because he was a sinner who did not know "what Allah will do with me". When Muslims append PBUH to the Profit's title, they are praying that Allah will lessen the torments of the grave for Moe.  [For the grisly details, see Mishkat ul-Misabih]  When Muslims say "Jesus, PBUH" they are denigrating him, equating him to a sinner who is being tormented in his grave whereas the sinless Christ's tomb is empty.

    Hooper does not directly assert that Jesus is a Muslim, but he quotes a hadith that implies it. I have added emphasis to make two phrases stand out. 

” Prophet Muhammad said: “Both in this world and in the Hereafter, I am the nearest of all people to Jesus, the son of Mary. The prophets are paternal brothers; their mothers are different, but their religion is one.”

    The Prophets are paternal brothers: they have a common father; Moe is claiming to be Christ's half brother; remember that Islam denies Christ's paternity.  Born 530 years apart, they could not share a human father. Islam and Christianity are not identical, they are not even close. Islam is a predatory way of life which preys upon the rest of the human race.  The original religion of Islam is Jihad.

    What sort of Prophet would claim that God married him to the mother of his half-brother?  What sort of Prophet would be married to the Mother of Jesus?

departure to the eternal world, the Prophet visited her and said, “To me it is a heavy
burden to see you thus, but when you reach your place in Paradise give your companions
my salutation.” 
“Who are they?” she inquired. He replied, “Maryam, daughter of Imran, Kulthum, sister of
Musa, Asiya wife of Firon, all of whom, with yourself, will be my wives in Paradise.” “May

        The claim that Jesus is Muslim falls flat on its face when we see that Moe was the first Muslim:  6.14, 39.12, Lest any lingering doubt remain, compare the orders given by Jesus and Moe in case of rejection :

Bare Naked Islam, the video rich blog about current events related to Islam, taken down by Word Press after badgering by CAIR, is back, on its own, previously registered domain.

CAIR, Awad and Awlaki: Al-Taqiia

Nihad Awad, Executive Director of CAIR, uttered and USA Today  published  remarks about  the life and death of Anwar al-Awkaki.  If you want to read the entire screed, use the link above; I will  use  major points as headings for my  commentary.  Al-Taqiyya is the Islamic practice of self-protection & promotion by active deception. It is based on 3:28 and exemplified by this hadith cited by Tafsir Ibn Kathir: "We smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them.''.

    Yes, Nihad, we can agree that Awlaki was a propagandist. But he was a propagandist for Islam, which is extremely violent, by design, from 622, when Muhammad's army became strong enough to raid camel caravans returning from foreign trade.

    Before calling me a liar, read the Noble Qur'an: 8:7,  its context and its explanation in Tafsir al-Jalalayn.  The  Battle of Badr was the outcome of Allah's promise of the caravan or the Meccan army. On that day Moe said: "O Allah! I appeal to You (to fulfill) Your Covenant and Promise. O Allah! If Your Will is that none should worship You (then give victory to the pagans)." [Sahih Bukhari5.59.289]  "This is the caravan of Quraysh carrying their property, so march forth to intercept it, Allah might make it as war spoils for you."[Tafsir Ibn Kathir]

Real Muslim scholars refuted his twisted interpretations

    Which Muslim scholars?   Please list them and their credentials. What "twisted interpretations" did they refute and on what scriptural basis?  Nihad Awad I call you out:  provide a list of Awlaki's "twisted interpretations" and their refutations by "real Muslim Scholars" if you are truthful.

 American Muslims condemned

    Specifically which "American Muslims" condemned Awlaki's endorsement of attacking Americans and what are their credentials as Alim & Qadi? What is the scriptural basis of their condemnation of Awlaki's message?

    What did our army do to traitors in the two World Wars? When an American citizen removes himself to the land of the enemy and advocates his cause, exhorting fellow citizens to wage war against their neighbors so that, in three well known cases they attempt  attacks, one of them successful, what should we do?  Should we sit idly by and let them continue inciting terrorism?  Should we mount an invasion at great cost in treasure and blood, with little chance of success or should we use the best means available to dispatch him with minimal waste and collateral damage?

    Anwar al-Awlaki was not just any American, he was a traitor, an enemy combatant.  He removed himself from our jurisdiction and he uttered and published calls to wage terror against American citizens, peacefully minding their own affairs at home.  Killing him set no precedent for drone attacks on ordinary citizens, any precedent is applicable only to traitors openly advocating the enemy cause, carrying out jihad by the tongue.

    Since when does a Muslim care if our organic law is negated?  Islam holds Allah to be the sole legislator; the Qur'an to be the source of legislation.  33:36. It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. [...]

    The Magnificent 19 shared a common characteristic; what was it?  Their leader told them, right before the attack, to say something when they attacked; what was it?  What did they say when they slit the throats of the flight crews?  Exactly why did Mohammed Atta direct them to say it?

    Every Muslim should be on the no fly list because there is no way of knowing when they will become true believers and exhibit sudden jihad syndrome. Muslims can not be trusted because they are Allah's slaves, commanded to wage war on the kuffar nearest them.

America was not supporting Israel, neither was it occupying Arab soil when the Barbary Pirates sacked our shipping, resulting in the Barbary Wars.     There is no war on terror; terror is a tactic, not an enemy. The enemy is the one using terror as a tactic: Islam.   Allah & Moe said things about terror, perhaps you should review those statements. I will make it easy for you by providing links to translations of authentic Islamic texts.

winning the war on Islam

    There are two possibilities, one is preferable, the other is possible.  The best way is to destroy their faith; to induce mass apostasy.  To whatever extent a Muslim is unimpaired by the deleterious effects of consanguinity  and has not had every vestige of morality destroyed by Islamic brainwashing, he is vulnerable to being shown the truth about Moe, who was a profiteer, not a prophet.

    If our elected traitors really wanted to win, they would document how Moe received his revelations and what he did in implementing them. They would create a full length feature video and distribute it on dvds and by satellite television world wide.  They would multiply the work of Father Zakaria by one million.

    Fortunately, our nation was the first to implement the power of the atom.  We have the means to wipe Islamic nations from the face of the earth, and we will eventually be forced to use it because we won't fight this war the best way. 

Michigan House Bill 4769 Bans Enforcement of Alien Laws

Having opened the bill in Adobe X, I searched it for the following terms: Islam, Muslim, Sharia, Shari'ah and Fiqh. No instances of any of those words was found in the legislation.

    An excerpt of the operative code is included below with the most significant clauses highlighted. It simply prohibits the application of any foreign law impairing the constitutional rights of litigants.

Sec. 2. A court, arbitrator, administrative agency, or other 
4  adjudicative, mediation, or enforcement authority shall not enforce 
5  a foreign law if doing so would violate a right guaranteed by the 
6  constitution of this state or of the United States. 
7  Sec. 3. (1) If any contractual provision or agreement provides 
8  for the choice of a foreign law to govern its interpretation or the 
9  resolution of any dispute between the parties and if the 
10  enforcement or interpretation of the contractual provision or 
11  agreement would result in a violation of a right guaranteed by the 
12  constitution of this state or of the United States, the contractual 
13  provision or agreement shall be applied as modified or amended to 
14  the extent necessary to preserve the constitutional rights of the 
15  parties.
16  (2) If any contractual provision or agreement provides for the 
17  choice of venue or forum outside of the states or territories of 
18  the United States, and if the enforcement or interpretation of the 
19  contractual provision or agreement applying that choice of venue or 
20  forum provision would result in a violation of any right guaranteed 
21  by the constitution of this state or of the United States, that 
22  contractual provision or agreement shall be interpreted or 
23  construed to preserve the constitutional rights of the person 
24  against whom enforcement is sought. Similarly, if a natural person 
25  subject to personal jurisdiction in this state seeks to maintain 
26  litigation, arbitration, agency, or similarly binding proceedings 
27  in this state, and if a court of this state finds that granting a 
claim of forum non conveniens or a related claim violates or would 
2  likely lead to a violation of the constitutional rights of the 
3  nonclaimant in the foreign forum with respect to the matter in 
4  dispute, the claim shall be denied. 
5  (3) Any contractual provision or agreement incapable of being 
6  modified or amended to preserve the constitutional rights of the 
7  parties pursuant to the provisions of this section is null and 
8  void.
9  (4) If a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, 
10  business association, or other legal entity contracts to subject 
11  itself to foreign law in a jurisdiction outside of any state or 
12  territory of the United States, this act does not apply to that 
13  contract.
14  Sec. 4. This act applies only to actual or foreseeable 
15  violations of the constitutional rights of a person caused by the 
16  application of the foreign law.

    An association of "moderate Muslims" has endorsed the proposed legislation in a press release, available as a pdf file.  Lets sample the document and take a closer look.

for a  proposed bill in the Michigan State Assembly, HB 4679,  that is intended to bar Michigan courts from
enforcing any foreign law, if doing so violates any rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and/or the state of

•     Nine endorsers are listed. at the end of the press release.
  •  Alliance for Democracy in Iran greets the world in Persian. It has a Facebook page liked by 170.
  • Council for Democracy and Tolerance presents a six point mission statemnt. Its founder has some associations that would make Muslim's heads explode. I found neither a statement of membership nor an independent Facebook presence. 
  • Hasan Mahmahmud is listed as an advisory board member of the World Muslim Congress.  Their Facebook link is to their founder's personal page with 4999 friends. 
  • Alliance of Iranian Women has an interesting web site which begins with an enumerated list of 17 misogynistic provisions of Shari'ah as imposed in Iran. I did not find membership numbers or a Facebook listing.
  • Muslim Canadian Congress is represented by Farzana Hassan, Ed.D and Tarek Fata. They have signs of activity & organization but no statement of a number of members. They have a -Facebook page with 27 members and several others totaling 4434 sympathetic to their position.  Opposing groups, some expressly denying representation, total 1688 members.
  • Lib for All seems to be an Indonesian organization with an American address and activity.  Their Facebook group has 517 members.
  • AIFD has several Facebook pages, the largest with 464 followers, a grand total of 829. 
  • Jalal Zuberi, MD is a professor of pediatric medicine, I doubt that his endorsement involves the medical school.
• It appears that these leaders have approximately 11,000 followers; about 9 ten millionths of 1 percent of Muslims.

American Muslims

    What differentiates American Muslims from African, Arabian or Asian Muslims?  What is the role of geography in their  belief system?  Do Muslims in other regions believe that the law should treat people differentially as a function of their religious affiliation?

    What is an extremist? Is it a Muslim with a non-standard belief set; a deviant from normative Islam or is it a zealot, a true believer? Exactly what differentiates American Muslims from extremists? 

dangerous understanding

    What is the meaning of "understanding" in this context? Is it anything other than interpretation?  What makes this interpretation dangerous?  Is there a standard interpretation of Islam?  Who, other than Islam's founder, is competent & authorized to interpret Islam?  Is Islam anything other than what Muhammad revealed in the Qur'an and exemplified in his Sunnah?

Islamism

    What differentiates Islam from Islamism?  Exactly what is the element that makes Islamism radical? Is Islamism anything other than Salafism: emulation of Muhammad, who combined  religious and temporal power in his own hands and those of his caliphs?

We see no evidence that statutes like HB 4769 will  adversely impact the free exercise  of our personal pietistic
observance of Islam, which is not in conflict with the U.S. or Michigan constitutions. [...]

    The proposed law will not interfere with iman, hajj, salat, saum or zakat. Or will it? Islam requires payment of 2.5% of accumulated wealth and financial transactions. Zakat is divided into eight equal shares, one of which must be paid to those fighting in Allah's cause: terrorists. Federal law prohibits sending money to terrorists.

    Do you sit on the sidelines and watch others perform Islam, or do you perform it?  How do you perform Islam without  obeying Allah and emulating Muhammad?

33:21. Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad ) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day and remembers Allâh much.

33:22. And when the believers saw Al­Ahzâb (the Confederates), they said: "This is what Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad ) had promised us, and Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad ) had spoken the truth, and it only added to their faith and to their submissiveness (to Allâh).

33:23. Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allâh [i.e. they have gone out for Jihâd (holy fighting), and showed not their backs to the disbelievers], of them some have fulfilled their obligations (i.e. have been martyred), and some of them are still waiting, but they have never changed [i.e.they never proved treacherous to their covenant which they concluded with Allâh] in the least.

33:24. That Allâh may reward the men of truth for their truth (i.e. for their patience at the accomplishment of that which they covenanted with Allâh), and punish the hypocrites if He will or accept their repentance by turning to them in Mercy. Verily, Allâh is Oft­Forgiving, Most Merciful.

33:25. And Allâh drove back those who disbelieved in their rage, they gained no advantage (booty, etc.). Allâh sufficed for the believers in the fighting (by sending against the disbelievers a severe wind and troops of angels). And Allâh is Ever All­Strong, All­Mighty.

33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

33:27. And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh is Able to do all things.

   

personal, pietistic

    So, your personal interpretation of Islam rejects Surah Al-Anfal, Surah At-Taubah, Surah Al-Ahzab, Surah Muhammad, Surah Al-Hujuraat  & Surah As-Saff.  You also reject Muhammad's Sunnah in which he testified that he was commanded to fight and implemented that command. There is one little problem with that: You condemn yourself to eternal damnation by rejecting Allah's jihad imperatives.

2:85. After this, it is you who kill one another and drive out a party of you from their homes, assist (their enemies) against them, in sin and transgression. And if they come to you as captives, you ransom them, although their expulsion was forbidden to you. Then do you believe in a part of the Scripture and reject the rest? Then what is the recompense of those who do so among you, except disgrace in the life of this world, and on the Day of Resurrection they shall be consigned to the most grievous torment. And Allâh is not unaware of what you do.

    Under the Shafi'ite school's Shari'ah, codified in Reliance of the Traveller, your rejection of Allah's jihad imperatives condemns you to death for apostasy.    

O8.1

When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be killed.

O8.2

In such a case, it is obligatory for the caliph (A: or his representive) to ask him to repent and return to Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed.

 

O8.7: Acts that Entail Leaving Islam

(O: Among the things that entail apostasy from Islam (may Allah protect us from them) are: [...]

-7- to deny any verse of the Koran or anything which by scholarly consensus (def: b7) belongs to it, or to add a verse that does belong to it;

-14- to deny the obligatory character of something which by the consensus of Muslims (ijma`, def: B7) is part of Islam, when it is well known as such, like the prayer (salat) or even one rak'a from one of the five obligatory prayers, if there is no excuse (def: u2.4);

-19- to be sarcastic about any ruling of the Sacred Law;

    What are the "highest principles of Islam" and how does Islamism distort them?  Islamism conflates Islam and government, seeking to supplant man made laws with Shari'ah.  How does that differ from what Muhammad did? Did Muhammad distort the highest principles of the deen he founded?

    Who dictated the laws? Who judged crimes and imposed punishments?  Does the Qur'an prescribe penalties for zina, theft and alcohol consumption? Did Muhammad impose and execute them?  These quotes should settle the issue.

33:36. It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error.

Malik's Muwatta Book 41, Number 41.2.12:

Malik related to me from Zayd ibn Aslam that a man confessed to fornication in the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, called for a whip, and he was brought a broken whip. He said, "Above this," and he was brought a new whip whose knots had not been cut yet. He said, "Below this," and he was brought a whip which had been used and made flexible. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, gave the order and he was flogged. Then he said, "People! The time has come for you to observe the limits of Allah. Whoever has had any of these ugly things befall him should cover them up with the veil of Allah. Whoever reveals to us his wrong action, we perform what is in the Book of Allah against him."

    Muhammad united in himself the offices of law giver and judge. Allah tells us that Muhammad is to be emulated.

33:21. Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad ) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day and remembers Allâh much.

“Michigan House Bill 4769 seeks to ensure that American Muslims can live in freedom and safety, in accordance with our constitutional principles, and not be enveloped by the tentacles of medieval, man-made laws that have been falsely accorded divine status,” said the AILC.

    I can not argue that Shari'ah is not medieval & man made nor can I argue that its divine status is not fallacious.  But when Muslims agree with me, they commit apostasy. [Reliance of the Traveller, O8.7, items 7, 14 & 19, quoted above.]  Examine the penalty for fornication codified in Reliance.

O12.1

The legal penalty is obligatorily imposed upon anyone who fornicates or commits sodomy (A: provided it is legally established (def: n11.2 (O:) ) ) when they:

(a) have reached puberty;

(b) are sane;

(c) and commit the act voluntarily;

no matter whether the person is a Muslim, non-Muslim subject of the Islamic state, or someone who has left Islam.

O12.2

If the offender is someone with the capacity to remain chaste, then he or she is stoned to death (def: o12.6), someone with the capacity to remain chaste meaning anyone who has had sexual intercourse (A: at least once) with their spouse in a valid marriage, and is free, of age, and sane. A person is not considered to have the capacity to remain chaste if he or she has only had intercourse in a marriage that is invalid, or is prepubescent at the time of material intercourse, or is someone insane at the time of marital intercourse who subsequently regains their sanity prior to committing adultery.

If the offender is not someone with the capacity to remain chaste, then the penalty consists of being scourged (def: o12.5) one hundred stripes and banished to a distance of at least 81 km./50 mi. for one year.

    If that is not divine law, then nothing in the Qur'an is divine!

24:2. The woman and the man guilty of illegal sexual intercourse, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allâh, if you believe in Allâh and the Last Day. And let a party of the believers witness their punishment. (This punishment is for unmarried persons guilty of the above crime but if married persons commit it, the punishment is to stone them to death, according to Allâh's Law).

What race is Islam?  Islam has enslaved Arabs, Africans, Asians and Caucasians, so, what race is it?  If we do not want our courts to enforce alien laws that impose corporal punishment, discount a woman's testimony, forbid Christians to testify and deny child custody to a Christian mother, how does that make us racists? 

The AILC statement reinforces the American Muslim community's commitment to the First Amendment‟s Establishment Clause and the separation between religion and state. Unfortunately, Islamist groups would like to compromise this separation and provide cover to medieval, misogynistic and homophobic laws that no Muslim is obligated to demand as public law.

Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, "O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?" He replied, "Whoever says, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have."

    Tafsir Ibn Kathir spreads the "good news" "that Islam will conquer"  based on 48:28. If any doubt remains, read 61:9 to the end of the surah, the context of the succeeding ayat leaves no room for doubt.  The mission of Islam is global conquest, participation in which is your get out of Hell free card.

We do not wish these laws to follow us here,” she concluded.

    It is impossible to dispute the facts raised by Manda Ervin. Unfortunately, those who flee the plague carry it with them.  Immunity requires apostasy.  None of us will be fully safe until everyone is immunized against Shari'ah.

    CAIR issued an action alert, claiming that "The bill does nothing to protect our legal institutions but only contributes to the growing climate of fear mongering against the American Muslim community which marginalizes and cast suspicion upon loyal Americans.".  They provide scripts with some interesting talking points. [Emphasis added.]

    Of course there could not possibly be any rational basis for the proposed legislation, because Shari'ah is a non issue in Michigan courts. Yeah, right.

In April 2008, defendant traveled to India and pronounced the following written triple talaq:

The parties disagree regarding whether plaintiff was notified of this triple talaq. However, in
May 2008, plaintiff filed a complaint for divorce in Michigan. Defendant filed a motion to dismiss
the complaint pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7) because of the existing Indian divorce. To
prove the divorce occurred, he offered a divorce certificate from a Wakf Board in Andhra
Pradesh, India. The trial court granted his motion. It instructed plaintiff to register the Indian divorce
in Michigan and file a separate complaint for custody and child support.

Pat Condell Blasts Shari'ah

Once again, Barenaked Islam got there first, embedding this video. I am going to add some value by transcribing the video so that you can have another chance to savor and absorb some truth. I will also add some commentary.

While run time is less than seven minutes, Pat packs in a log of words. It appears to me that he needed to stop to take a breath but pressed on regardless because of the importance of his message. You know, it always amazes me how many people. in the west would happily compromise the foundations of our entire civilization to appease religious fascism. I find it disturbing that they would care so little about their children's future, even if they are too complacent or naive or politically blinkered to care about their own.

I have a problem with one phrase: "religious fascism". Fascism is an authoritarian form of government. Islam is a deen: way of life which conflates the spiritual and temporal into one tyrannical regime. Islam has a religious component which is secondary, not primary. Islam is primarily a war cult preying upon the rest of the human race.

And one of the most depressing questions I get asked by people like this is "Why do you hate Muslims?". Its depressing because anyone who has seen my videos knows very well that I've never expressed hatred for anyone. Hate is for losers, we all know that, because its self-destructive--we do all know that--don't we?

Now, its often claimed that many people in the west are converting to Islam and its true that some are but its also true that many Muslims in the west are leaving Islam but you don't hear so much about them for obvious reasons.

Some of them have been brave enough to make themselves known and reach out to help other Muslims who want to escape the tyranny of their religion. And, like them, its the religion that I have a problem with, not the people. So, no, I don't hate Muslims, thanks for asking; I wish them well, even the fanatics who stand at the roadside with their dopey little banners and bulging eyeballs calling for death to the west; I even wish those boneheads well in that I wish them good mental health if that isn't too wildly optimistic.

I believe it is very over optimistic to wish those boneheads good mental health. Their insanity is obvious even to the untrained observer.

And, of course I know that there are lots of moderate peaceful Muslims indeed, many of them are so moderate and peaceful -- they're invisible and silent and thats part of the problem.

Islam is neither moderate nor peaceful, it is literal, absolute, intolerant and violent, all by design. Muslims who do not fit that mold are termed hypocrites, whose Islam does not reach beyond their throats. They are to be killed and gathered together with us--into Hell.

And, just because there are lots of peaceful Muslims, it doesn't mean that the religion itself is not an aggressive fascist ideology that threatens all our freedom nor does it mean that western governments aren't falling all over themselves to make excuses for it; pretending that Islam has nothing to do with the violence inspired and sanctioned by its scripture and repeatedly carried out in its name.

There are three critical ideas: only Allah has the right to be worshiped, only Allah has the right to rule and Muslims are obligated to enforce those rights. "violence inspired and sanctioned"? No! commanded! 8:39, 9:29 & 9:127 are commandments, not suggestions. The violence is how Muslims enforce Allah's rights.

Just look at the craven behavior that allowed the massacre at Fort Hood to take place--we know it could have been prevented-- but thanks to political correctness in the American Army--the American Army-- all the warning signs were ignored in case somebody got offended. All reference to Islam has been airbrushed out of the official Pentagon report even though the guy handed out copies of the Qur'an beforehand and shouted "Allahu Akhbar" as he carried out the murders.

I'm surprised the officers who charged him haven't been charged with Islamophobia; maybe they will be at the trial when we find out what a victim he is and how living in a decadent country like America--his religion is the only thing keeping him sane.

Pat said it, and said it with super clarity. I can't add anything more than "Amen".

All over the western world we've given Islamic supremacists the impression that they have every right to be outraged, insulted and offended by everything we do and say. And some of us have come to believe it ourselves, and that is the real core of this problem.

Our schools don't teach our history accurately, they emphasize the negative aspects and deprecate the positive aspects. As a result, we have lost knowledge of the superiority of western civilization.

Mark Twain said that "Faith is believing what you know ain't so." Well, political correctness is doing what you know ain't right.

In every western country, Islamic extremists are allowed to exploit religious privilege for political ends by claiming to represent all Muslims and the media always treats them as if they do.

When you represent Islam, you represent Muslims. Islam is what Moe said and did, as codified in the Qur'an, Sira & hadith. Islam is nothing else; nothing else is Islam.

These groups give themselves official sounding titles and talk a smooth line in community harmony while doing all they can to prevent integration--to keep Muslims apart and ghettoized in a separate society with a separate identity, separate rules and standards--in other words, they exist to cause division in society, to drive a wedge between communities that doesn't need to be there any more than they need to exist as organizations.

They exist for the purpose of conquering us, by out breeding us, deceit, subversion & intimidation if possible, by war if necessary.

Take, for example, the Council on American Islamic Relations, thats quite a puffed up, important sounding title, that implies equal ideologies--equal points of view that need to find a common ground--when, in fact, all that's needed is for Muslim immigrants to adapt to the American way of life or to British or Australian or Canadian way of life or not to go there; to respect the laws and customs like everyone else, not to try to change them to Islamic ones.

And not to define themselves as a separate group deserving special status. That's where it begins and ends, there is no debate, there is no common ground to find, there is no American Islamic relations and there is no need for any self-appointed council of Shari'ah advocating, Hamas linked religious fascists to oversee it.

Those two sentences are a gold mine of wisdom; read them repeatedly and absorb them completely.

Shari'ah in the west is like urine in a water hole: any amount is too much. Shari'ah dehumanizes women, it threatens the freedom and the dignity of every woman in the western world. It discriminates in such a fundamental way there's no way around it, there's no compromise.

Misogyny runs through it like a dye and that should be more than enough reason for us to banish it as aggressively and thoroughly as we banish rabies.

Pat, would you believe that Allah's Messenger has a contrary opinion about water pollution?

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 1, Number 0067:
Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri:

I heard that the people asked the Prophet of Allah (peace_be_upon_him): Water is brought for you from the well of Buda'ah. It is a well in which dead dogs, menstrual clothes and excrement of people are thrown. The Messenger of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) replied: Verily water is pure and is not defiled by anything.

Islamophobia: the CAIR Sampler

Barenaked Islam posted a CAIR video featuring audio clips critical of Islam, labeling them Islamophobia. Barenaked Islam exploits the definition of Islamophobia.

It isn't Islamophobia when they really ARE trying to kill you.

Phobia means irrational fear. Since the death of thousands nearly nine years ago, we know that fear of Islam is rational.

Those who have sampled Islam's canon of scripture, tradition, biography, exegesis and jurisprudence know that revulsion is a rational reaction to Islamic doctrine & practice.

The video is entitled "Islamophobia A growing problem". What is problematic? A slowly growing segment of our society is becoming aware of Islam, the hatred it inculcates and the violence it sanctifies and incites.

CAIR does not want us to know that Islam is intrinsically violent; that it has declared and is prosecuting war and subversion against us.

The unspoken subtext is "Islamophobia" breeds intolerance, contempt and assault". Intolerance of the intolerable is a good thing. Islam can not be tolerated because it is intolerant, supremacist and genocidally aggressive.

Knowing the truth about Islam and Muslims, awareness of the fact that we need to get rid of them does not imply assault, murder or arson. Those acts are crimes in our society, and offenders are prosecuted. Reasonable people are not advocating murdering Muslims or bombing Mosques. We advocate outlawing Islam, closing the Mosques and deporting the Muslims for our protection and the preservation of our way of life.

The video begins with a clip from a Dan Fanelli campaign spot. The narrator says "Rising Islamophobia in our nation endangers the rights of American Muslims and creates unjustified fear and hostility towards Islam."

What rights are endangered? How are they endangered? Is there a right not to be recognized as a threat to our system of government and way of life?

Able bodied adult male Muslims who are not indebted nor enslaved are bound by a "religious obligation" classified as fard al-kifaya, to engage in attacks against nearby disbelievers. That obligation is specified in Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9.1.

The second segment begins with this heading "U.S. Senator James Inhofe advocating profiling of Middle Eastern men when speaking at a Senate hearing. "

The clip shows the Senator saying "I believe in racial and ethnic profiling."

CAIR is attacking common sense. All of the recent Islamic terror attacks were perpetrated by young Muslim males. Anyone not suspicious of young men from areas of the world where Islam predominates is several cards short of a full deck.

When it comes to Islamic terrorism, Muslims are the natural prime suspects. Lets solve this problem by excluding all Muslims from all mass transit.

Congresswoman Sue Myrick is up next "there are people who literally are willing to blow themselves up like this guy did--to commit jihad because they believe in a bigger cause and that cause is what they want to do to us: they want to destroy western democracies, they want to bring down America, they want us to live by their rules."

CAIR's objection to her honest statement of fact speaks volumes about CAIR and about Islam.

Next we are treated to a sign, outside the Dove World Church, which says "Islam is of the devil.". The narrator says "Anti-Islam rhetoric has become more explicit and more extreme since the 9/11 attacks."

No mention of relevance or veracity, just how explicit and extreme it is. We are to assume that Islam and Christianity share a common deity since both are monotheistic. If there is only one deity, they must be the same. But "God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son...". Contrast that with Allah, who rubbed Adam's shoulders to produce one group of people for the fire and another for Paradise. In Surah al-Anfal 67, Allah told Moe that he could not hold captives for ransom until he had "made a great slaughter". He said Moe wanted booty, but Allah wanted to get Moe into Paradise. Does the Christian God require genocide? If the Dove World Church believes and wants to tell the world that Allah is demonic, that is their right, ain't it?

Next we have Congressman Peter King saying "Unfortunately, we have too many Mosques in this country, there is too many people sympathetic to radical Islam, we should be looking at them more carefully. "

I view that as a rare episode of candor, of which we need more, not less. CAIR views it as "Islamophobia".

The narrator says "anti-Islam views expressed by elected officials, can severely impact the ability of American Muslims to engage in the positive civic participation that is every American's right.". That statement comes over the image of Geert Wilders speaking at an American synagogue.

"Admit that Islam is not a religion, admit that Islam is a totalitarian ideology, in other words, the rights to religious freedom do not apply to the totalitarian ideology called Islam."

That is a pretty tough admission to make, and, to the best of my knowledge, no American elected officials have made it.

The fact is that Islam is not a religion; it is a way of life: intra-species predation. Islam's religious component serves as a control mechanism to motivate Muslims to go to war and as a camouflage to prevent us from recognizing it as a predator.

The caption for the next segment is "Right-wing commentator Ann Coulter". She says: "I said we are at war with all these fanatics and we should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity.".

Ann just told you why we are losing in Afghanistan & Iraq: they are still Muslim. That is a fatal fact, too hot for most to suggest, far to hot for politicians to state explicitly.

Next up: "Christian televangelist Pat Robertson", who cuts loose with this classic remark. "...then if the religion involves beheading infidels and pouring boiling oil down their throats"....

Islam is not a religion, but it does involve beheading infidels, as we saw in the case of Nick Berg and others. The boiling oil comes later, after we arrive in the Hell fire. But the decapitation is commanded in Surah al-anfal 12.

Pastor Rod Parsley is up next. "Islam is an anti-Christ religion that intends through violence to conquer the world."

Horrible! Pastor Parsley confused deen with religion, which is only part of the deen. We see Islamic advertisements that claim Jesus Christ as a "Prophet of Islam". But those advertisements do not tell us that, according to their scripture, Jesus was not crucified, did not die and was not resurrected. Nor do they tell us that he will return to lead the Muslims in battle and the final genocide against us. Lying is as much by what they conceal as what they dissemble.

Franklin Gaham is up next. "True Islam can not be practiced in this country. You can't beat your wife, you cannot murder your children if you think they have committed adultery or something like that, which they do practice in some..."

True, Islam does permit wife beating and honoricide. It also permits having as many as four wives at once. It permits a Muslim to divorce his wife by saying "I divorce you" three times. All of those things are contrary to American law.

Next up, saving the best for next to last, we have Pamela Geller, among signs endorsing liberty, memorializing the slain and condemning Codoba House, telling it as it is.

"This is an insult, it is demeaning, this is humiliating, that you would build a shrine to the very ideology that inspired the attacks of 9/11".

Geller is followed by a man I do not recognize saying "This house of evil will be the birthplace of the next terrorist event."

Perhaps, but the plot could, and likely will be hatched somewhere else. But the fact remains, that in every Mosque, Jews and Christians are cursed five times every day when they recite the first Surah of the Qur'an as part of their prayers. Fifteen Muslims died in a Mosque in Afghanistan when the bomb they were building detonated prematurely.

Our narrator returns. "Whether it is anti-Muslim commentators, extremist religious leaders, Muslim bashing politicians or fear mongering dvds sent to millions of American homes, Islam and the American Muslim community are being targeted by hate and intolerance. But with your help, Islamophobia can be challenged and overcome through education and understanding. "

The wise gentlemen who founded this nation gave us something most of the world lacks: the right of free inquiry and expression. we are free to investigate institutions and issues; free to share what we learn. Our founders knew that the right to accurate criticism of government policy and candidates for office is an absolute requirement for the preservation of liberty. If we can not identify threats to our liberty and accurately describe them, we can not preserve liberty.

Islam presents a clear, proximate & persistent threat to our liberty. Islam, through the offices of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, seeks to criminalize all criticism of Islam. Islamic law forbids, under penalty of death, the reviling of Allah, Moe & Islam. If you are a conquered Christian living in Egypt or Pakistan, any negative statement ab out Islam, true or not, gets you tortured and killed.

Every year, they ram "defamation of religion" resolutions through the UNHRC & General Assembly. Those resolutions specifically condemn and demand the criminalization of all association of Islam & terrorism. Casting terror is sanctified by 3:151 and commanded by 8:12. It is exemplified by 33:26-27. Moe bragged about it, as recorded in Sahih Bukhari 4.52.220. If they get their way, they'll be able to fine me and throw me in prison for publishing this fatal fact.

In November, the Ad Hoc Committee for the Elaboration of Contemporary Standards will meet again to formulate their proposed protocol to ICERD. The protocol will have the force of law, trumping the First Amendment. We absolutely must stop those fiends from stifling free speech! We must rise up as one, disrespectfully demanding the preservation of our hard won rights. Once lost, recovering those rights will be a difficult, bloody, costly and probably impossible quest.

It is a little know fact that unenforced provisions of ICERD, ICCPR & \CPPCG require that Islam be proscribed by law. We need to obtain enforcement of those human rights covenants before Islam can modify them to use against us. We have one instrument we can use:

For the love of liberty, sign that petition, copy it, paste it into an email and send it to everyone you can influence. Urge the recipients to sign and forward it. Make it go viral. Put a link to it on your blog or web site. If you won't do that, you don't value your life and liberty enough to deserve them.


It was not without good reason that Moe warned his companions not to carry the Qur'an into Dar ul-harb .

Malik's Muwatta Book 21, Number 21.2.7:
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar said that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade travelling with a Qur'an in the land of the enemy. Malik commented, "That is out of fear that the enemy will get hold of it."

They need to make it illegal to criticize Islam. We need to stop them.
